Treasurer

The treasury is in charge of all the budget and financial management of the association. They are also responsible for the human resources (part time or full time employees) and all AÉCSP equipment and rooms.
The roles are:
Decision making
As a member of the Coordination Committee, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of AÉCSP, the treasurer takes part in every decision made by the association, whether short or long term, casual or exceptional.
Budget and finance
The treasury is tasked with fleshing out the association budget in collaboration with the Coordination Committee (repartition of expanses, financial balance) and they must ensure it is matched throughout the year. They are responsible for the long-lasting of the association finances. The treasury posseses some autonomy about the financial decisions of the association and is tasked with their execution.
Employer
The treasury is responsible of all human resources in the association where they are the employer. They must therefore ensure regular employee monitoring (working conditions, managing working hours and holidays, equipment needs, recruitment, contracts).
Manager
As they are responsible for the financial assets, human resources and equipment, the treasury is essential in the daily management of the association and a source of support for the teanm in solving many challenges.
