The Education Council and the Delegates
The Education Council (CONSED) is an AÉCSP board that connects every department and their specific issues. The goal is to reflect together on concrete actions that can address any issues at the scale of the whole graduate student community.
CONSED Missions
Imagine, conceive and undertake projects that are useful to the student community
Issue recommandations to the other AÉCSP and Polytechnique boards on actions to implement to best match the expectations of the community
Give an account of current issues faced by students throughout all study departments and devise possible solutions and their application
Members

Delegates by department : Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, MAGI, Physics, Chemical, Biomedical and Software/Computer.

Education Coordinator presides the assembly.

Study Program Delegates : Research Master’s, PhD and short programs (DESS, Ing Master’s).

Presidency of the association.
All members of the Education Council are elected in the general election occuring at the end of winter.
The Delegates
The delegates represent the student community from their department or study program at the level of Polytechnique academic boards and contribute to the student life development of their respective department or program.
Delegate Missions
The delegates represent students by sitting on Polytechnique boards. They sit at the department or study program board and take part in the decisions over the academic affairs of their department.
The delegates are responsible with the coordination of academic or social activities in their department or student category. They are thus tasked with organising networking events and other activities for their community.
The delegates sit at the Education Council (CONSED) and carry the concerns from students of their department or study program. They further participate in carrying out the missions set forth by the CONSED.
