The AÉCSP In a nutshell

As goes its motto “Gather, Represent, Give back and Carry out” the AÉCSP undertakes 4 main missions.

Represent

The AÉCSP represents all graduate students in the school boards and defend their interests. These boards may cover education, student life and student services.

Carry out

The AÉCSP acts on behalf of students and supports them through every success or failure. We are here to help you carry out your projects and uncover solutions to your problems. Our help may come as sound advice, moral support or financial aid.

The AÉCSP In a nutshell

As goes its motto “Gather, Represent, Give back and Carry out” the AÉCSP undertakes 4 main missions.

Gather

The AÉCSP binds graduate students together in a fellowship by organizing various events. We endeavour organising activities for all tastes: sport matches, social gatherings, cultural outgoings and sustainable-development-related exchanges.

Give back

AÉCSP members enjoy benefits and coupons for several services and activities (sometimes free). The AÉCSP also undertakes actions aiming at improving students’ daily lives.

How does AÉCSP fulfill these missions? AÉCSP is mostly driven by volunteers

They are split amongst several groups

Coordinators and officers

They handle the association’s daily work and together they form the coordination committee.

Directors

They sit on the Board of Directors, the main board of the AÉCSP.

Delegates

Have a seat at the education council, the Polytechnique board handling all academia issues.

Governors

Former officers providing their experience and skills to help support the association.

Volunteers (not elected)

Volunteers are involved in many areas: events, sustainability, partnerships, networking, sociopolitics…
