The AÉCSP obeys certain rules and policies you may find below (in French).
The rules define the rights and obligations of members as well as the seats and processes of the different association boards.
The rules on association fees defines the rules that set the fees required for members.
The electoral rules define the rules and procedures of the elections for the different representatives in the association.
The committee authorization policy describes the necessary steps to establish a new subcommittee within AÉCSP.
The referendum policy outlines the procedures to trigger a referendum and the conditions it may be held in.
The executive compensation policy defines the conditions and procedures for AÉCSP executives and the compensation amounts.
The advisory board policy defines the goals, roles and responsibilities for the AÉCSP Advisory board and advisors eligibility criteria.
