Board of Directors
The Board of Directors (CA) of AÉCSP is the main decision making body of the association. They are responsible for the smooth running of the association and must ensure the coordination committee and executive committee always act for the better interest of students. They meet about once a month.
Missions
The CA closely monitors the state of affairs to make sure the coordination committee always acts in the best interests of our community. They furthermore provide external feedback on the actions and guarantee the lasting of the association.
The CA is the board adopting major association decisions such as modifications to general rules or policies as well as internal or external positions to be adopted by AÉCSP. They also enact specific committees or taskforces.
The CA is responsible with monitoring the association’s financial assets. They adopt the yearly budget then appriove, amend or reject any other expanses requested by the executive committee.
Beyond creating specific taskforces, directors are invited to take part in these working groups. Directors may also take part in other association activities.
