General Assembly
The General Assembly ofAÉCSP includes all members of the association. It meets at least once a year between October 1st and 27th. The General Assembly provides every member the right to express themselves on the state of affairs of their student association.
Missions
The General Assembly can assign board of directors with a specific question the association is faced with including matters about which the board of directors have already made a decision.
The General Assembly receives the financial analysis of the association, namely professional feedback on the budget of the last year which were approved by the board of directors. The Assembly then decides on the financiel checks and professional outsourcing to be made for the next year and under which level of scrutiny.
The General Assembly is responsible for adopting any modifications to the general rules of the association
Good to know
Any member can call for an extraordinary General Assemblty by writing to the secretary general (secretariat@aecsp.qc.ca) specfying the goal and subjects to be adressed with the support of 25 signatures from active members of the association.
