Education Coordinator

The Education Vice-Presidency is in charge of all academic matters at the association. They are the main contact for the student community regarding any questions or issues related with their studies. A seat is reserved for them on many AÉCSP and Polytechnique boards.
The roles are:
Decision making
As a member of the Coordination Committe the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of AÉCSP, the Education Vice-President takes part in every decision made by the association, whether short or long term, casual or exceptional.
Representation
Sitting on the Research Commission, Graduate Study Commission, and many other assemblies. Their role is to put forward the viewpoint and the voice of the student community across the many bodies of Polytechnique where academic decisions are made.
Interface
As the Assembly President on the Education Council (the assembly of the delegates), the Education Vice-President is an interface for the issues across study programs as well as those that impact the graduate student community as a whole.
Counselling
As an important resource, students may rely on them whenever they face an issue with their studies (paying tuition fees, exceptional study extension, grades). The Education Vice-President helps them reach the appropriate resources to address their needs while ensuring log keeping of issues.
