Camille Pillot
The president represents the association and our members to everyone both in formal and informal spaces by sitting on various boards and taking part in the student life of the community. They also manage the elected team to ensure the projects undertaken for the benefit of the community are completed and the interests of every student are kept at the center of discussions.
The roles are:
Official Representative
Representation at Poly.
The president is the privileged contact point for the Polytechnique administration. They sit on important decision-making boards such as the conseil académique and the board of directors of the Foundation & Alumni. They are also reached out to by members of the direction for exceptional or sensitive issues.
External spokesperson
Outside the walls of Polytechnique, the association is also borne by the president. As our official spokesperson, they may exchange with the media to present the positions of the association or raise awareness about one aspect of our community’s daily life. They accompany the team when meeting with other associations.
Team manager
Managing human resources
The president is a member and leader for their team. To that end, they engage in getting to know each member and implementing healthy team practices through regular meetings and feedback. This enables us to reach our goals more efficiently and in way that is pleasant for everyone.
Project manager
The president keeps track of every member’s progress to be up to date on the major challenges and the actions undertaken by the association. They provide guidance in completing some tasks and ease collaboration between executives and sometimes third-parties.

Milestone tracker
The president is often tasked with wide-reaching challenges that have a direct impact on several dimensions of student life and require very broad vision. They may then gather all relevant information from their representation and the experise of their executives to enable concrete responses.
Decision making
As a member of the Coordination Committee the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of AÉCSP, the President takes part in every decision made by the association, whether short or long term, casual or exceptional.
