The Service Coordinator is in charge of student services provided to AÉCSP members but also a key spokesperson for sustainability issues.
The roles are:
Service provider
Student services fall under the competence of the Service Coordinator including the additional health insurance offered by ASEQ, food services from ASAP, the Coopoly cooperative, Polytechnique parking spots available to the student community and graduation photographs. Therefore, the Service Coordinator is the main actor to establish links between these services and all AÉCSP members.
Partnerships & Team coordiation
The Service Coordinator strives to maintain and renew partnership deals like those signed with Lufa, Hertz or Sports de Combat. The coordinator may rely on volunteers from the partnership department to expand the offer of services provided by the association to our community and thus better meet their needs.
Representation and decision
The Service coordinator represents the graduate student community on various boards at Polytechnique and at services provided to the community. They take part in the AÉCSP Coordination Committee and thus drive decisions made by the association. They also sit on the Sustainable Development Orientation Committee of École Polytechnique (CODDEP) as well as on Coopoly and ASAP boards of directors.
