Ghita El Anbri
Dear board members,
It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my candidacy to become a Type A Director on the Board of Directors of the Association Étudiante des Cycles Supérieures de Polytechnique Montréal (AÉCSP). Passionate about innovation and sustainable development, I’m currently a doctoral student in industrial engineering, with the aim of adding value to composites in additive manufacturing for aerospace. My atypical career path, going straight from my bachelor’s degree to my doctorate, reflects my determination and ambition to push back the boundaries and contribute to the world of scientific innovation.
Versatile and curious, I’m involved in projects combining artificial intelligence, blockchain and the circular economy, always with an eye to a greener, more innovative future. I’m also passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting the next generation through practical work and teaching assignments.
Why did you want to join the Board of Directors? Quite simply because I firmly believe in the importance of representing graduate students and contributing to the governance of an academic environment where innovation and sustainability are central concerns. My goal: to represent students, bring fresh ideas, encourage bold initiatives, and above all, ensure that Polytechnique continues to be a key player in sustainable development in the industry.
I’m convinced that my energy, forward-looking vision and love of innovation will breathe new life into this board. And, of course, I would be delighted to collaborate with minds as brilliant and passionate as yours!
Thank you for considering my application,
Ghita El Anbri
