Here are the forms to fill out, and send to elections@aecsp.qc.ca before the end of the nomination process! Please read the instructions on the pages carefully!
Hello to all members of the AÉCSP! The AÉCSP is looking for students to join the Coordination Committee (CoCo) and board of directors:
- President: Represent, liaise with Polytechnique, manage teams/projects.
- Treasurer: Budget, resource management.
- Secretary-general: President’s aide, organize bodies, manage tools.
- Education VP: Academic representation, student advice, collaboration.
- Internal Affairs Coordinator: Events, student welfare, committee oversight.
- External Affairs Coordinator: Political management, liaise with other associations.
- Communications Coordinator: Social media, content creation.
- Services & Sustainable Development Coordinator: Partnerships, sustainability, health benefits.
- 4 Board Member positions (winter): Strategic decision-making on budget, insurance, grants, etc.
Interested in bridging the gap between students and your department while aiding academically? Explore the role of Program Delegate for the Education Council! Positions available include: Chemical Engineering, Civil/Geological/Mineral Engineering, Mechanical/Aeronautics Engineering, GIGL, Electrical/Energy Engineering, MAGI, Research Master’s Degree, Course Program, and Doctorate Delegates.
To apply:
- Complete the application form and secure signatures from at least 10 AÉCSP members (or 3 from different departments for Coordination Committee/Board positions).
- Draft a brief 150-word presentation (French preferred, translation accepted).
- Provide a suitable photo.
- Email your completed form to elections@aecsp.qc.ca by March 21.

- Nominations: March 8 to March 21
- Campaign: March 22 to March 28
- Online voting: April 2 to April 4
- Vote counting: April 5
