Déroulement des élections

From Wednesday, March 12 to Thursday, March 25, 2021, apply in a few steps:

  1. Fill out the application form and collect signatures.
    1. I want to apply for a position on the executive committee! Form
    2. I want to apply for a position on the coordination! Form
    3. I want to apply for an administrator position! Form
    4. I want to apply for a position as a delegate to the Board of Education!
      1. For my department! Form
      2. For the students in my program! Form
  2. Send the completed application form to elections@aecsp.qc.ca before March 25, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
  3. Write a motivation letter (to be presented as a text to the students during the election campaign and voting) maximum 1 page and a photo of you. Send it to elections@aecsp.qc.ca before March 25, 2021 at 4:00 pm.

Voting will take place online from Wednesday, April 6 to Friday, April 9, 2020 (until 4:00 PM) . An email will be sent to you for this purpose.

The vote count will take place on Friday, April 9, 2021 after the voting.

The present electoral process is created with reference to the referendum policy  and general regulations.
